There are 11 vibrant colors in all (click the color tab stuck in each product to see them all). We also provide the option of altering the color for various types of signage. Please contact us about the exact cost of this.
Our team can employ almost any typeface, including block, double-lined, and cursive fonts. You may choose from a variety of typefaces on our custom neon sign builder, or you can email us a photo with the font you want attached. One of our designers will create a mock-up for you to ensure the neon light design meets your needs.
PRODUCT
We offer a 12-month guarantee on the materials and the craftsmanship of all of our neon signs. However, this does not apply to any damage that could be brought on by faulty installation or bodily harm incurred during usage.
Each of our signs has a 120V transformer and may plug straight into a regular power outlet (with connectors for each delivery nation).
In order to accommodate outdoor installations and events, we may make waterproof versions. Please remember to indicate your application when sending in your custom order request or choosing it directly from our custom sign product page.
Installation of our neon signs couldn't be simpler. Here are some suggestions for installations:
1. Mount to the wall: Each package comes with a mounting kit so you can quickly and easily mount it on the wall by yourself.
2. Hanging: You can hang your sign from any location. Just let us know your desire, and we'll pre-drill the support in accordance with it.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING
Yes! Except for some of the nations on this list, we can ship practically everywhere in the globe.
Orders from the US usually arrive in 7–10 business days, while those from other countries normally arrive in 10–12 days. Every order is meticulously produced at our production facilities with the utmost care. We will always make every effort to create and complete orders as soon as we can. When we talk about shipping timeframes, we're talking about how long an item takes to go from our facility to yours after manufacture is complete. You will be provided a tracking number once your item ships.
Various factors, such as the tracking number's recent creation, may prevent tracking information from being updated right away, including:
- It can take up to 7 business days for your tracking number to update after it has been sent out due to lag times between the scanning procedure and website updates.
- When it gets to the regional hub close to the destination, the package cannot be scanned until then.
- Between the country of origin and that of destination, the shipment is in transit. The tracking data won't be updated once the shipment departs the origin nation until it gets to the destination nation.Â
- The cargo was delivered to the intended nation. When sending packages overseas, the tracking link will cease updating after the package reaches its final location, however, this has no impact on the delivery procedure.

We accept a variety of commonly used online payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and others. You will receive an email with an invoice that may be paid with a credit card or PayPal after the design has been approved. Upon receipt of payment, your sign will start being produced.

One of our LED neon lights has a 50,000-hour average lifespan under constant operation. We use the finest LEDs that are readily accessible, ensuring a longer lifespan than our competitors.
We only accept returns or exchanges for faulty items because each piece is distinctive and created especially for each customer. All purchases are final. see our Return and refund policy.
